Pre-paid Hours
For business customers requiring on-going support for their office IT system.

Purchasing a block of pre-paid support hours gives you access to all Logic Links services whenever you need them. These hours can be used for such small projects as: install and configure stand alone e-mail system, firewall, expand network, install wireless network, carry out network security, set up intra-net site. These hours can be used whenever required within normal office working hours. You will also receive monthly statements - incidents, brief description of work carried out and time remaining. We strongly advise our customers to use purchased hours on preventative maintenance of their IT systems.

Availability
• this service is available 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
• out of hours support available by arrangement and may carry additional cost
• travel time and expenses are included within 30 miles of Glasgow city centre

Costs
• Block of 4 hours: £200 ex. VAT (additional hour £45)
• Block of 8 hours: £380 ex. VAT (additional hour £38)
• Block of 16 hour: £740 ex. VAT (additional hour £36)
Purchased blocks of hours are valid for 18 months form the date of purchase.

Contract

IT Starter Packages

Support packages offer a complete IT solution for new start ups and established companies. A support package covers the entire IT side of the business starting from ordering hardware and setting up a network to registering a new domain name for your business (www.yourbusiness.com), setting up a website, e-mail address, and pro-active support and administration during the first year.
Before purchasing package we access your IT needs and provide a brief specification of a recommended IT system. After the specification has been agreed with you we will purchase PC's, servers, network hardware, install network, configure servers, computers and printers, install any additional software (MS Office), anti-virus software, etc.
